1. Introduction

4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Requirements

Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Any material misrepresentation in the registration process constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination.

4.2 One Account Rule

Each individual Player is entitled to register and operate a single Account on lionkasino. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. lionkasino employs technical and manual procedures to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, lionkasino reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, forfeit all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom, and retain real-money balances pending investigation.

4.3 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials, including username and password. You must not share your Account access with any third party. lionkasino will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from a Player's failure to safeguard their credentials. 4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

Players must submit valid government-issued identification (typically a MyKad for Malaysian players) and, where required, proof of address and proof of payment method. 5. Terms of Use & Prohibited Conduct

When using the lionkasino Platform, you agree to abide by the following conduct rules:

• 5.1 You will not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or funding illegal activities.
• 5.2 You will not use or attempt to use Prohibited Software, artificial intelligence bots, or automated betting systems to interact with the Platform.
• 5.3 You will not engage in collusion with other Players or casino employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

• 5.7 You will not create, advertise, or participate in any "bonus abuse" scheme, including the systematic exploitation of promotional offers through multiple accounts or coordinated play.

Breach of any provision in this section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

6. Deposits & Payment Methods

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

lionkasino accepts deposits via the following methods for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, DuitNow, FPX, USDT TRC20, and Bitcoin (BTC). The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without notice.

6.2 Minimum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is generally RM30 for e-wallet transactions and RM50 for bank transfers. Minimum amounts for cryptocurrency deposits are denominated in the applicable digital asset equivalent. Specific promotional offers may require higher minimum deposit amounts as stipulated in the relevant offer terms.

6.3 Deposit Currency

The Platform transacts in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) as the primary currency. Deposits made in non-MYR currencies or cryptocurrency will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. lionkasino is not responsible for any exchange-rate variance that may affect the MYR value of deposits.

6.4 Deposit Restrictions

Players must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in their own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. lionkasino reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources and may suspend the relevant Account pending investigation.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal requests will only be processed where the following conditions are met: (a) KYC verification is complete and approved; (b) all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus have been satisfied in full; (c) the withdrawal amount does not exceed the Player's available withdrawable balance; and (d) the Player's Account is in good standing with no active restrictions.

7.2 Processing Times

Expected processing times are as follows: E-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) — under 5 minutes in most cases; DuitNow / FPX — 5 to 15 minutes; Bank Wire — 15 to 60 minutes. Processing times are estimates and may be affected by bank operating hours, public holidays, KYC status, and peak demand periods. lionkasino does not guarantee specific processing times.

7.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal amounts and daily/weekly limits vary by payment method and Player VIP tier. Specific limits are disclosed within the Player's Account dashboard. lionkasino reserves the right to process large withdrawals in multiple instalments at its discretion.

7.4 Withdrawal Method Matching

Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering measure. Where the original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawal, lionkasino's support team will advise on alternative arrangements upon request.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits offered by lionkasino are subject to specific terms that are disclosed at the time of the offer. Where no specific terms are provided for a promotion, these general bonus terms apply.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be rolled over ("wagered") a minimum number of times before any winnings generated from those funds become withdrawable as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual bonus offer. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement must generate RM2,000 in total qualifying bets before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.

8.3 Bonus Validity Period

Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the specified validity period will automatically expire and be removed from the Player's Account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

8.4 Bonus Abuse Policy

lionkasino operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times; placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine risk; and coordinating with other Players to systematically exploit promotional offers. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all associated bonuses, bonus-derived winnings, and potentially the entire Account balance forfeited.

8.5 Welcome Bonus Eligibility

Welcome bonuses are available to new Players on their first deposit only. Players who have previously held an Account under a different identity, or who have participated in the Welcome Bonus under a different Account, are not eligible. lionkasino reserves the right to request confirmation of eligibility before awarding any Welcome Bonus.

9. Game Rules & Fairness

9.1 Random Number Generation

All slot games and electronic table games offered on lionkasino utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG outcomes are statistically independent and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by any player or external party. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are available for all slot titles.

9.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) are operated in real time by trained professional dealers under studio conditions. Game outcomes are determined by physical elements (cards, roulette wheel) and are not subject to RNG influence. Disconnection from a live dealer game mid-hand may result in a bet being resolved according to the applicable game's disconnection policy.

9.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction or software error that prevents normal game completion, lionkasino reserves the right to void all bets placed on the affected round and return stakes to Players' Accounts. lionkasino is not liable for any perceived or anticipated winnings that were not credited due to a confirmed technical malfunction.

9.4 Maximum Win Limits

lionkasino may impose maximum win limits on individual games or game sessions. Where such limits apply, they are disclosed within the relevant game rules. Winnings exceeding applicable maximum limits will be adjusted to the stated cap at the time of payout calculation.

10. Sports Betting Rules

10.1 Betting Markets

lionkasino offers pre-match and live (in-play) betting on a wide range of sporting events, including but not limited to English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, Serie A, UFC, NBA, and other major international competitions. Market availability is subject to change at the Company's discretion.

10.2 Accepted Bets

All bets are accepted subject to the prevailing odds at the time of placement. lionkasino reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason. Bets placed after the commencement of an event will be void unless live in-play betting rules explicitly permit such wagers.

10.3 Palpable Errors

Where odds are published in error (a "palpable error" or "obvious mis-price"), lionkasino reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds at any time before or after the event settlement. lionkasino will use commercially reasonable efforts to identify and correct such errors promptly.

10.4 Match Abandonment & Postponement

Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the point at which it qualifies as a completed event under these rules, all single bets on that event will be void and stakes returned. For accumulator bets, the relevant selection will be treated as a non-runner, with the accumulator continuing with the remaining selections at adjusted odds.

10.5 Mix Parlay Rules

Mix Parlay bets combine multiple independent selections into a single wager. All selections in a Mix Parlay must win for the bet to pay out. Void selections (due to abandonment or cancellation) will be treated as non-runners and the parlay will continue with reduced legs at adjusted combined odds.

11. Responsible Gambling

lionkasino is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The following responsible gambling provisions form a core part of our Terms and are not optional — they reflect our legal and ethical obligations to Players.

11.1 Age Restriction

The Platform is accessible only to individuals aged 21 years and above. Any Player who is found to be or to have been underage at any point during their use of the Platform will have their Account immediately closed, all winnings voided, and all deposits returned where possible.

11.2 Player-Set Limits

11.3 Self-Exclusion

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. 13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. lionkasino makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.

13.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lionkasino's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the relevant claim.

13.3 lionkasino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether foreseeable or not.

13.4 lionkasino shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, telecommunications outages, government actions, or cyberattacks.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, processing, storage, and use of Players' personal data by lionkasino is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account and using the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
